CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & TRAVEL POLICY At Somni by Sandra, appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Because we are a mobile service, every appointment requires dedicated travel time, preparation, setup, and breakdown. Your appointment begins before I arrive at your door, and your consideration of that time is greatly appreciated. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Appointments may not be rescheduled repeatedly to avoid cancellation fees. * A new appointment may require a new deposit or payment in full before booking. TRAVEL & MOBILE APPOINTMENTS Somni by Sandra travels directly to you, which means appointment times include travel to and from your location, as well as preparation and cleanup. Because travel time, fuel, vehicle expenses, and scheduling are committed specifically to your appointment, last-minute cancellations, no-shows, and significant delays directly affect the business and prevent that time from being offered to another client. Please ensure that: * Your location and access instructions are accurate. * Someone is available to receive the service at the scheduled time. * The service area is clean, safe, and ready before arrival. * You notify us as soon as possible of any changes that may affect the appointment. LATE ARRIVALS / CLIENT DELAYS If the client is not ready at the scheduled appointment time, the service may be shortened in order to maintain the day’s schedule. The full service price will still apply. If a delay exceeds 15 minutes, the appointment may be considered a cancellation/no-show and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. WEATHER, SAFETY & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES Somni by Sandra reserves the right to reschedule an appointment when severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, illness, or circumstances outside of our control make travel unsafe. When Somni by Sandra must cancel for these reasons, any deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation, rescheduling, and travel policy. Your appointment is more than a time slot—it is dedicated travel, preparation, and time reserved specifically for you. Please respect that commitment the same way we respect yours.
